The Aava Knitted Merino Sweater is made from unprocessed merino yarn from a German small spinning mill. The mulesing-free merino yarn for wool knitting is dyed in Sweden in the hands of a skilled small entrepreneur with natural mineral colors and vinegar. The organic manufacturing process reduces the chemical load on the skin and maintains the good properties of merino wool. The durable sweater ages beautifully.

The Aava sweater is knitted by hand in Finland, which means that the entire product from yarn is located in Europe.

Washing instructions:

Wool is self-cleaning material and many times only ventilation with outdoors is enough to get wool fress again!
If you wash it, you should use wool detergent. Wash it separately with handwash, lukewarm water.
When you dry the knit, gently press out any excess water. Spread the knit on a towel and roll the towel while rolling off excess water.

Then let it dry flat and arrange the knit slightly in a ruffle to keep the beautiful patent knit fluffy. 

Knit might get little bit bigger after first wash and you can also stretch the knit when its wet to make it a little bit bigger too.
