Terms of delivery
E-commerce products are sold by Silmu Knitting
(Business ID 3158904-9) for adult individuals all over the world, but primarily to Finland. Product prices include VAT (24%). I reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
The products are ordered on the e-commerce website by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities that may arise in it. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and commit to the delivery terms in force at the time.
Klarna payments and paypal cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider and payment service provider. Klarna payments and paypal appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Klarna payments and paypal has a payment institution license. In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To send confirmation messages, you must provide an email address when ordering.
Delivery method and costs
Delivery costs are not included in the product prices. Delivery costs to Finland are 4.00 e (letter with shipping code) / 5,90e (package with shipping code). Carrier is Matkahuolto.
Delivery costs to Europe are 26,00e UPS package with shipping code.
Delivery costs to other countries are 20,00 e / 30,00e / 35.00 package.
Products will be mailed within four to six weeks of payment for the product unless otherwise stated. The company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays.
Exchange and return conditions
The customer has a 14-day exchange right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of exchange only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging. The customer pays for the exchange back postage.
The return of a defective product is paid by the seller (eg. Wrong product, broken product).
The defective product will be returned in its original packaging.
According to the return of the defective product, please include the following information:
• your name, address and telephone number
• your bank account number in IBAN format for a refund
• and by e-mail a copy of the e-commerce order confirmation

We do not accept exchanges, as well as refunds more than 14 days after delivery. Once the refund is approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receipt and processing of the refund.
In an exchange situation, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the old one arrives back.
Problem situations in transport, as well as for defective products
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the shipment is damaged in the mail, a complaint about the product must be made to the mail immediately. Any disputes will be resolved in the Consumer Disputes Board.
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to email@example.com.
