Exchange and return conditions
The customer has a 14-day exchange right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of exchange only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging. The customer pays for the exchange back postage.
The return of a defective product is paid by the seller (eg. Wrong product, broken product).
The defective product will be returned in its original packaging.
According to the return of the defective product, please include the following information:
• your name, address and telephone number
• your bank account number in IBAN format for a refund
• and by e-mail a copy of the e-commerce order confirmation

We do not accept exchanges, as well as refunds more than 14 days after delivery. Once the refund is approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receipt and processing of the refund.
In an exchange situation, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the old one arrives back.
Problem situations in transport, as well as for defective products
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the shipment is damaged in the mail, a complaint about the product must be made to the mail immediately. Any disputes will be resolved in the Consumer Disputes Board.
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to email@example.com.
